We believe our skin should be honoured as our largest organ and is a porous gateway to our entire biological system — especially when heat and sweat are involved.

As such, we are concerned about the potential negative effects that wearing fabrics made from predominantly petroleum-based synthetic materials, such as polyester and nylon, and the related chemicals that enable them to perform, will have on our bodies’ overall health and wellbeing.

Because of this we have been intentional about limiting these types of petroleum-based synthetics to the 6% spandex that we use to maintain the long-lasting integrity of our clothing. The remaining fibres in our Bamboo Performance Blend include 66% lyocell from bamboo, and 28% cotton.
